To 4 persons:
150 ml Of water
150 g Of sugar
50 g Hot chocolate mix
5 cl Of mint cream


In a pot, prepare the syrup boiling it in 150 ml of water and sugar. Thereafter, melt the cocoa and let it cool down. Add the mix in a 1/4 l. of water until well mixed. Put the mix in a glass and put it in the refrigerator. When the sherbet gets a solid mass it can be served in balls with the special spoons required. Then, if wished, a fresh leaf of mint can be added.
