1 Melonn
450 g Of bilberry
175 g Of TORRAS DARK CHOCOLATE

PREPARATION

Cut the melon in half and clean it out. Then, make little balls. Leave the Fruit on a absorbent paper and meanwhile melt the chocolate. Once the chocolate is melted and added over the fruit let them cool down until chocolate get solid. Immediately after, put the little balls in the refrigerator. It, prepare the Bilberry sauce in the following way: make a mashed bilberry, add sugar and Ron and leave it in the refrigerator. Before serving, put some balls of melon in a plate with chocolate and covered with the Mashed Bilberries and its ready to eat.
